Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Soul Miner's Eden website (soulminerseden.com) or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Services

Soul Miner's Eden provides:

• Landscape supplies — compost, mulch, topsoil, and soil blends available for pickup and delivery
• Land management services — rotational grazing for vegetation management, including solar grazing and agrivoltaic services
• Farm products — eggs, seasonal produce, and other farm goods available at our farm stand

Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but natural products may vary in color, texture, and composition.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors.
• Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made (e.g., contractor accounts).

Delivery

• We deliver throughout the Athens-Clarke County area and surrounding communities, typically within 40 miles of our farm in Bogart, GA.
• Delivery fees are based on distance and order size. We will confirm the delivery fee before you place your order.
• We will work with you to schedule a delivery time that works for your project. We ask that someone be available to direct the driver on placement.
• We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by heavy delivery vehicles. Please let us know if you have concerns about access.
• Minimum delivery order is typically 3 cubic yards to keep delivery cost-effective. No minimum for pickup.

Pickup Orders

• Pickup is available at 189 Luke Road, Bogart, GA 30622 during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm).
• We can load your truck or trailer. Please let us know your vehicle type when ordering so we can prepare accordingly.
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle can safely carry the weight and volume of your order.

Returns and Satisfaction

Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials, returns are generally not accepted once materials have been delivered or picked up. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right. We stand behind the quality of our products.

Land Management Services

• Grazing and land management services are provided under a separate service agreement specific to each property.
• Service terms, pricing, duration, and scope are outlined in the service agreement provided after your site assessment.
• We carry full liability insurance for all grazing operations.
• Property owners are responsible for disclosing any hazards, easements, or access restrictions on their property.

Website Use

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to submit false information through our forms.
• All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Soul Miner's Eden or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Soul Miner's Eden provides products and services "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of our products for any particular purpose. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oconee County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
