Sweet Potato Hummus

    Prick potatoes with fork; microwave until soft (approximately 12 minutes), flipping halfway. Cool completely.

    Combine tahini and olive oil in a bowl; set aside.

    Cut potatoes and scoop insides into food processor. Blend with water, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, 3/4 teaspoon salt, coriander, cumin, and chili powder until smooth.

    With processor running, slowly add tahini mixture until combined.

    Transfer to bowl; let rest 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
